Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or formal field management training) 5+ years as Superintendent on custom luxury residences Track record with recognized GC/CM; strong scheduling and QA/QC discipline Delivery Models/Project Types: Cost-Plus; Ground-Up Waterfront; High-end Finishes COMPENSATION Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
