Compensation: $150,000 base salary Plus $400 per Saturday worked, extra $5,200 on base for 1 Saturday a month plus RVU Bonuses paid out bonus quarterly based on KPIs met What We Offer: RVUs applicable, paid out bonus quarterly based on KPIs met Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), group life, and accident insurance Annual CME allowance + CME PTO Paid Time Off Malpractice insurance coverage Employee discounts $400 per Saturday for required Saturday shifts What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based protocols Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–4 clinic staff members Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure lab compliance Partner with our Physician Medical Director to maintain the highest standard of care What We’re Looking For: Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required) Active DEA registration in Colorado with Colorado CSR already established(required) Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred A genuine passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation Schedule: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Two Saturdays required during months with five weeks Training: Two consecutive weeks, Monday–Friday Ready to lead with purpose and change lives?
