Join Our Team as a General Manager! As a pivotal leader in our operations, you will report directly to the District Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes managing staff, hitting our profit goals, driving guest count growth, and implementing effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Guest Focus: Ensure all managers and staff prioritize guests, creating a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere to foster repeat business. Operational Excellence: Direct restaurant operations to consistently meet Denny's Brand Standards in food quality and cleanliness. Sales Growth: Implement local marketing strategies, cultivate community relationships, and execute promotional initiatives to boost sales. Financial Management: Analyze financial reports to identify performance gaps and develop actionable solutions. Security Oversight: Ensure adherence to security procedures to protect guests, team members, and assets. Asset Management: Monitor cash handling and inventory processes to safeguard company resources. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Denny's policies and all applicable regulations. Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve issues, involving necessary support as needed. Physical capability to maneuver within confined spaces, as well as endure temperature variations in kitchen areas. Position Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Food Safety Manager certification required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic math proficiency is essential. Respect for diversity and proven problem-solving abilities.
