Automatic Inspector: 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm (Mon-Fri) $21/hrs Plus $.50 shift premium DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform First Article InspectionOperate the quality inspector and X-Ray MachinesConducts quality control inspections on products such as electronic assembliesCompletes necessary quality control documentationMinimal solder touch-up of assembliesProvides feedback to teamAssists in training of new inspectors as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 2 years electronic assembly and rework experience. Previous Inspection experience an assetKnowledge of IPC A 600 - Acceptability of Printed Circuit Boards and IPC 610Strong understanding and application of workmanship standardsThorough understanding and application of quality standards and control proceduresDetail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical and reliableAbility to understand and communicate in written and oral English is essentialEnthusiasm and ability to work well independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent experience preferredPrevious experience using AOI and X-Ray equipment is preferred
