NEEDED: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)LOCATION: 800 N Capitol Street NW, Washington, DC 20004SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMPositions must be covered continuously during operating hours.Overtime is not authorized. QUALIFICATIONS: Shall be U.S. citizens or lawfully permitted residents,Be at least 21 years of ageHold a full, current, and unrestricted LPN license in D.C. or any U.S. jurisdiction.Have a current CPR certification.Able to pass a CSOSA background check,Speak and write English fluently,Be free of drug use and communicable diseases.Be trained in universal precautions and infection control standardsComplete annual TB testing or submit chest x-ray documentation. JOB DUTIES:Daily Operations Review daily SMART21 schedule for offender appointments.Greet offenders and verify identity via government-issued photo ID.Log each test and result on daily tracking sheet and SMART system.Document "No Shows" and notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). DNA Collection Procedure Collect samples using Government-furnished FBI B Barcode Kits per FBI instructions.For refusals or inability to collect, obtain signed "Refusal to Submit DNA Sample" form and report to COR and Community Supervision Officer (CSO).Secure all samples in locked cabinet until end of day shipment to FBI. Tuberculin Skin Testing Administer 0.1 ml of PPD intradermally and record the reaction (48–72 hours).Schedule and read tests within 72 hours, document in SMART and TB log.Refer positive cases to D.C. TB Clinic for further evaluation. Administrative Support Maintain inventory of collection kits and supplies; notify COR of shortages.Answer routine staff inquiries regarding DNA/TB testing processes.Report daily issues, incidents, or safety concerns to COR.
