As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at KDcare, you will have the exciting opportunity to provide intensive one-on-one services that improve the lives of children with autism. Our organization currently provides in-home and clinic-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), empowering families through compassionate, evidence-based care.Job DescriptionBoard Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are responsible for assessments, treatment planning, staff supervision, and family engagement. This is a hybrid role with competitive billable hours and work–life balance—most work can be completed remotely, with 2–3 in-person visits weekly to clinic or client homes.Core Responsibilities:Conduct functional assessments and write individualized Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Monitor treatment plans and update regularly based on dataSupervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and practicum studentsProvide caregiver and family training sessionsAttend IEPs and collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with insurance and Medicaid documentation requirementsLead and participate in clinical team meetings and parent group sessionsStay current on ABA research; assist with staff training and professional developmentMaintain ethical practice and HIPAA complianceSkills and QualificationsMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standingMichigan state license (LBA) or eligibility to obtainStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA careValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visitsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $80K–$100K annually, based on experienceSigning Bonus: $5,000 – $10,000Performance-based bonus incentivesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with 3% company matchCEU and license fee reimbursementsPaid time off and parental leaveFlexible scheduling for positive work–life balanceProfessional growth and leadership development opportunitiesHow to ApplyIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, and you’re ready to join a collaborative, mission-driven team, we encourage you to apply today.
