Well-known ENT office in the Sarasota community seeking a Diagnostic Audiologist to join our growing team.ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is one of the largest private practice otolaryngology groups in the country. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group.We are seeking a Clinical Audiologist with a focus on diagnostics to join our group. The ideal candidate will bring a team-player attitude to partner closely with our ENT physicians, providing the high-level diagnostic data necessary for superior patient medical and surgical outcomes.Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Position Responsibilities Comprehensive Diagnostics: Perform full audiological evaluations for pediatric through geriatric populations.Physician Partnership: Collaborate directly with ENT surgeons to provide diagnostic data that informs medical and surgical treatment plans.Patient Counseling: Provide clear, professional instruction and counseling regarding test results and recommended medical next steps.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical reports within our EMR system. Candidate Requirements Education: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or Master's degree.Licensure: Must be eligible for or hold a current Florida Audiology License.Experience: Open to varying levels of experience, including recent graduates (externship completion required).Skills: Strong clinical diagnostic skills, proficiency with audiological equipment, and excellent computer/EMR skills.Communication: A keen ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members is mandatory. Physical Demands: Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use various items of medical equipment and office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Incumbent must also be able to assist patients in transferring from wheelchair to an exam chair, when necessary. Responsibilities may also require the incumbent to travel between ENTAAF offices for support purposes. The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
