This role demands extensive travel (up to 95%) both domestically and internationally. Your Responsibilities Travel frequently to install and service state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Execute ball screw replacements, hydrostatic way maintenance, and precision machine alignments with expertise. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical systems issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Deliver top-notch support and hands-on training to our valued customers. What We’re Looking For Proven CNC service experience complemented by a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Hands-on expertise with ball screws, alignments, and hydrostatic ways. Adept at reading and utilizing mechanical and electrical schematics effectively. Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with a customer-first attitude. Willingness to travel extensively to provide exceptional service.
