Recently renovated from top to bottom, our modernized facility empowers staff with improved workspaces, upgraded equipment, and thoughtfully designed units that support both patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.What Sets Us ApartSub-Acute RehabilitationA small, focused rehab unit designed for short-term recovery. Nurses enjoy a more manageable patient load, stronger patient connections, and less burnout.Long-Term Care (LTC)LTC is divided into smaller, neighborhood-style units that create calm, supportive environments. This structure helps nurses build meaningful resident relationships and deliver consistent, high-quality care with strong team support.Memory CareA dedicated, smaller-scale Memory Care Unit tailored for residents with dementia. The environment is structured, safe, and staffed by teams trained in dementia best practices-allowing nurses to provide compassionate, individualized care without the stress typical of large, high-acuity memory programs.Position HighlightsQuality of Life: Where career opportunities and quality of life convergeAdvancement: Strong orientation program, tuition assistance and career developmentSmaller units: Work on a small sub-acute unit avoiding burnout and large patient loads.Comprehensive orientation: Leadership team is committed to helping staff achieve success and holds a complete and extensive orientation programWhat You'll Do Assessing patient needs Formulating nursing diagnoses Implementing care plans Evaluating outcomes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care on our Sub-Acute Rehab and Skilled Nursing units. Minimum Requirements Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program Compassion, accountability and a commitment to patient-centered care Pay Range: $40.00 - $52.81 per hourPay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
