Location: Maple Grove, MN Position: CNC Swiss Setup Machinist (Tsugami & Citizen) Shift: 1st Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: M-TH 645am to 4pm / Friday 645am to 12pm Pay: $35 to 45 per hour (based on Swiss machining experience) Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time Employment Benefits • New Hires are eligible to join the benefits plan after 90-days of employment. • Health Savings Account (HSA) • Dental Insurance • Life & Disability Insurance • PTO • 401k + company match salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year shift: First work hours: 6:45 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities • Setup and Operation: Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines, including Citizen and Tsugami models, to execute a series of complex machining operations. • Quality Control: Demonstrate proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for inspection and part validation. • Machine Maintenance: Perform daily, routine machine maintenance as required to ensure optimal performance and longevity. • Work Holding: Understand and correctly apply various work-holding methods and proper machining techniques.
