You will be responsible for streamlining the delivery of essential financial services—including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll -ensuring they are scalable, compliant, and technology-driven. This is a high-impact role designed for a leader who excels at process optimization and building high-performing teams.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Operational Leadership:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of shared service functions (AP, AR, Billing, Collections, and Payroll) ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Process Transformation:Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, AI-driven invoicing) to reduce manual touchpoints and improve cycle times. Service Level Management:Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure the efficiency and quality of service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. Compliance & Controls:Maintain a robust internal control environment (SOX compliance where applicable) and lead audit preparation for shared service cycles. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:Manage relationships with third-party service providers and work closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure seamless month-end closes. Team Development:Mentor and scale a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-service excellence. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Experience:8+ years in Accounting or Finance Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. CPA or MBA is a strong plus. Technical Proficiency:Advanced experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and specialized tools like Concur, Bill.com, or BlackLine. Change Management:Proven track record of leading finance transformation projects or system implementations. Analytical Skills:Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the Westminster, CO office (3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.The expected base pay range for this position in the Colorado area is $120,000-160,000 Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
