Job Mechanical AssemblerAbout the RoleJoin a dynamic manufacturing team committed to innovation, precision, and excellence. As a Mechanical Assembler , you will play a key role in assembling, adjusting, and aligning mechanical components used in advanced lifting equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools and contribute to the success of a global leader in custom-designed handling systems.Key Responsibilities Assemble, adjust, and align mechanical components for lifting equipment. Perform welding of fabricated parts using FCAW and SAW processes as required. Read and interpret manufacturing plans and blueprints in both imperial and metric units. Safely handle and move parts, assemblies, and equipment using overhead cranes, truck lifts, and similar machinery. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical installation, assembly, adjustment, or alignment. Proficiency with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and welding equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing plans. Experience in one or more of the following roles: Industrial mechanic Electromechanical assembler Automotive or heavy‑duty mechanic Military machinery technician Machinist Strong teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Welding certification to ASME code (asset). Certification in lift and overhead crane operation. Experience assembling lifting equipment or similar machinery.
