As a PRN Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll support safe, effective, and evidence‑based medication therapy that enhances patient outcomes and strengthens our clinical teams.Here, your expertise matters—and your voice is heard.What You’ll Do:• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy• Dispense and distribute medications• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service• Interpret lab results and patient charts• Share drug info with hospital teams• Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives• Document clinical interventionsWhat You Will Need:• PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy (Residency preferred)• Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License• 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residencyYour calling awaits:Saint Joseph Health System is home to compassionate and talented people who don't consider this just a job.
