Adecco is hiring for Mechanical Assemblers in Sodus, NY! This temp-to-hire position offers a great opportunity to join a manufacturing environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are valued. If you have mechanical assembly experience and enjoy hands-on work, APPLY today!Responsibilities: Perform mechanical and production assembly in a manufacturing environment. Read and interpret blueprint assembly drawings, part lists, and wire lists. Assemble components using small hand tools and select power tools, including drill presses. Perform soldering tasks as required. Follow work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 6 months to 1 year of related assembly experience and/or training. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings. Experience using hand tools and basic power tools. IPC-J-STD-001 / IPC-A-610 soldering experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
