How You'll Make an Impact Lead, coach, and develop consultants while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities by building strong customer and internal networks Deliver highimpact advisory projects for key players in the electricity sector Drive innovation by proposing and shaping R&D initiatives with clear scope, budget, and outcomes Support contract negotiation, proposal development, and advanced stakeholder engagement Conduct risk assessments and ensure delivery in line with contractual commitments Manage complex projects endtoend, including scope, timeline, resources, and client satisfaction Support the contract lifecycle, including followup on new solutions and services Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
