Journey Optimization: Design and scale user journeys that convert initial awareness into long-term adoption and monetization. Operational Efficiency: Automate processes for local teams and partner with RevOps to ensure high-quality Sales handoffs via strict SLAs. Vendor & Agency Management: Standardize the selection and coordination of external partners and agencies to ensure global consistency. AI-Driven Experimentation: Deploy AI frameworks to test channel mixes and reduce creative "idea-to-launch" cycles to under 24 hours. Data & Signal Intelligence: Build first- and third-party audience models while using tools like Clay to enrich data and operationalize engagement signals. Strategic Leadership: Build the department from scratch, secure headcount through business cases, and communicate progress to senior leadership. Skills/Competencies Senior Leadership: 10+ years in Marketing Ops, Tech, or Segment Marketing.3+ years leading global teams at a major tech firm (SaaS/B2B/B2C). Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in AI-driven creative tools, audience discovery, and advanced marketing automation ecosystems. Deep understanding of the entire marketing lifecycle across both B2B and B2C channels. Strategic Execution: Proven track record of leading large-scale Demand Engineering initiatives and scaling complex global workflows across multiple countries. Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence Brand, Growth, RevOps, Product, and Sales at the leadership level. Builder Mindset: A bias toward "ship same day" execution, thriving in ambiguity while maintaining high operational excellence. Analytical & Change Leadership: Experienced at defining ROI/KPI frameworks and driving the adoption of new technologies across geographically distributed teams.
