Significant experience, or a combination thereof, may be considered in lieu of higher education degree. Three or more years of professional experience in public safety, fire/EMS, healthcare, military, customer service or a community-based position. A significant educational accomplishment may be considered in lieu of experience. Able to demonstrate knowledge and skill in public safety practices, leadership, crisis management, criminal law, service excellence, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. Possess a valid driver’s license and eligible for company driving permit. Obtained during employment if not currently holding: Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB - within 6 months). IAHSS Certified Healthcare Security Supervisor (within 18 months). Defense and Arrest Tactics (DAAT) trained (within 6 months). EEO/M/F/D/V
