NOW HIRING - ASSEMBLERSJob Description:We are seeking motivated and detail‑oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Sarasota, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating production equipment, and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and thrive in a fast‑paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:Assembly & Production Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to work instructions and diagrams Perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and consistency Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Inspect parts and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality Quality & Documentation Follow quality control procedures to ensure all products meet specifications Report defective materials or components to supervisors Maintain accurate production records as required Equipment & Workstation Operate basic production machinery after training Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with material handling, staging, and workflow setup Safety & Compliance Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage and safe equipment operation Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training Qualifications: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment Work Environment & Schedule: Full‑time position based in Sarasota, FL Manufacturing environment with standing, bending, and repetitive tasks Opportunities for overtime depending on production needs Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
