Operations Supervisor

Founded in 1948, we have a long-standing reputation as a leader in our industry.BMS CAT, a leader in disaster restoration, is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team NOW.We are seeking individuals with a remediation background who have experience leading a team of restoration and remediation technicians. If you take pride in your work and are dedicated to upholding the standards of the brand you represent, you may be the individual we are looking for.Essential Functions Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles Manage and supervise the restoration crews Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected Make certain all documentation is complete Experience and Requirements This position will require you to be on call Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration) IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required) Bilingual is a plus Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening CompensationYour compensation will vary by location and experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.
