This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with specialty pharmacy or medical backgrounds who thrive in an overnight shift and enjoy detailed, behind‑the‑scenes work that keeps the pharmacy system running smoothly.Location: Plymouth, MIRole Type : Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite weeklyPay Rate: starting at $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience.Employment Type: Full‑time, TemporaryStart Date: March 9Schedule: 11:30am – 8:00pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays (9:00am –5:00pm) and overtime as requiredWhy This Role MattersThis role ensures members receive accurate and timely medication support by verifying insurance benefits, resolving prescription issues, and collaborating with providers, insurers, and internal pharmacy teams. Your work directly impacts patient access to care and the efficiency of pharmacy operations.What You’ll Do• Place outbound calls to providers, insurers, and members to gather clarification on prescriptions or billing• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high‑volume call center environment• Verify insurance eligibility and process claims using ePostRx• Coordinate adjudication support with PBM services• Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve prescription or benefits‑related issues• Assist in audits, departmental updates, and documentation maintenance• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and actions taken• Support team members with training, updates, and cross‑department collaboration• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors• Meet individual productivity and quality performance targets• Perform additional duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For• A current, up‑to‑date resume• High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred• Current Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) OR Registered Pharmacy Technician• Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy experience (specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred)• Background in claims adjudication, secondary billing, discount cards, or Medicaid preferred• Strong communication and customer service skills• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pharmacy‑related software• Availability for shift: 11:30 pm – 8:00 am, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays (9:00 am–5:00 pm) and overtime as required• Ability to meet compliance requirementsWhat’s In It for You• Hybrid work flexibility• Opportunity to gain experience in a specialty pharmacy environment• Two‑week virtual onboarding and training via Teams• Remote interview process with hiring leaders• Competitive hourly payBenefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)• Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance• 401(k) retirement plan• Full tuition coverage• Employee Assistance Program• Referral bonuses• And more!ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
