Registered Nurse (RN) - EmergencyBring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + TogetherWork location: Texas Health Kaufman- 850 Ed Hall Drive, Kaufman, TX 75142Work hours: PRN- NightsEmergency department highlights: Number two ED in the THR system for Patient Experience Received a commendation award for excellent maternal/neonatal care Active established UBC that collaborates with other departments Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma in Nursing is required Or Associate's Degree in Nursing is required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing is preferred 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse is required 2 years of ER Experience as a Registered Nurse is strongly preferred RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days is required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days is required And PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required Or ENPC - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course 6 Months is required And TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 months is required A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
