With over 90 years in business, they are poised for significant growth from 2023-2025. They are seeking a Superintendent with the potential to advance into a senior-level role as the company expands. Job Description Job DescriptionSchedule & Planning Responsibilities:Partner with the Project Manager to create, update, and manage all project schedules Develop a Master Project Schedule, understanding required construction activities and logical sequencing Perform daily unit inspections and maintain a three-week schedule, sharing updates with the owner, subcontractors, and suppliers On-Site Supervision & Quality Responsibilities:Supervise all on-site subcontractors and coordinate their work Serve as a quality control representative, ensuring deficient or substandard work is corrected Mediate issues between subcontractors, suppliers, and staff Administer first aid on-site as needed Approve material requests and deliveries Assist the Project Manager in overseeing field construction processes Walk and coordinate with 3rd-party inspectors (e.g., geo-tech, structural engineer, fireproofing consultant) for activities under your supervision Report deficiencies, delays, or problems promptly to the Project Manager MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
