ERP Analyst

The Opportunity Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the organization's IFS Cloud system to ensure smooth business operations. The ERP Analyst must have a customer focus and excellent communication skills as they will be collaborating with system users to optimize system functionality and improve operational efficiency. ResponsibilitiesAdministration of IFS, including creation and maintenance of system accounts and permissions Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance Configure, test and deploy IFS patches and upgrades Administer regression testing, user acceptance testing, and coordination of bug fixes Document, and maintain business process descriptions / flows Work with business process owners to help identify potential automations, issues, and possible courses of action; recommend and implement solutions Create functional and technical specifications for customizations and reports Customize and/or create new IFS screens, lobbies, dashboards and reports Manage and support the interfaces between IFS and other applications Develop and deliver IFS orientation to system users as well as educate users on system functionality and best practices Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users to ensure effective system use Troubleshoot IFS related system performance issues including occasional on-call support Work closely with partners to resolve issues that cannot be resolved in-house Perform other duties or responsibilities as requested or required RequirementsCollege Degree in Business Processes / Information Systems, or equal experience. 5+ years' experience working with IFS in an administrative role 2+ years of PL/SQL scripting Experience working with multiple business functions such as Sales, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Experience in IFS administration including configuration and customization Knowledge of business and manufacturing processes Ability to analyze and document business processes Ability to create and maintain end-user documentation Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL Proficient in Microsoft applications including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Ability to plan and manage workloads, deadlines, and project timelines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits Five (5) weeks PTO Ten (10) paid holidays Three (3) days paid to volunteer Robust 401(k) with up to 6.0% company contribution/match Exceptional health care benefits Server Products is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
