Key Responsibilities: Supervise Assisted Living nursing team (LVNs/CNAs/Medication Aides) Support staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations and community policies Oversee resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and medication management Promote a positive team culture through coaching and training Requirements: Texas LVN license required 2+ years nursing leadership experience (Assisted Living/SNF/LTC preferred) Strong knowledge of medication management, documentation, and resident care coordination Excellent communication and team leadership skills We offer: Comprehensive benefits to include medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off - earn and use immediately Quarterly bonus program Paid training Food and drink discount Free uniforms
