This Coordinator Store Communications is the executor of all Brand store communications - Compass, emails, Daily Notes, The Source, Associate Connect, Moments That Matter TV, etc. This role also oversees and serves as the gatekeeper for the Source, maintaining this channel's integrity as related to timely, updated, accurate information that is easily searchable and accessible for associates. What we ask of you: Ensures store communication channels; i.e. Compass, emails, Daily Notes, The Source, Associate Connect, Moments That Matter TVs, etc. - meet technical and formatting standards and have proper approvals Responsible for posting/emailing/executing on store communications channels Serves as gatekeeper and webmaster for The Source, ensuring content is updated, non-duplicative, and streamlined in organization Oversees access of users to store communications tools Execution of emergency communications (issues, weather, etc.) Assists with software, system and tools testing and troubleshooting Assists with/updates/schedules training for content creators and stakeholders Assists with execution of Associate Communications channels when needed as well support of other roles What you bring to the table: 2-3 years experience, preferably technical role experience and retail operations experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience Ideal candidate would have some knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn about Stop & Shop's organization and operational structure. Strong technical skills. Ability to learn new technical skills as IT solutions evolve. Must be a self starter Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables, particularly when handling complex or sensitive information. Using strong communication and influencing skills to drive alignment and maintain progress. Collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams, building strong working relationships to achieve shared objectives. Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, maintaining composure while balancing competing priorities. Makes timely, well-reasoned decisions with limited information, demonstrating accountability and critical thinking. This is an entry-level position. The hourly rate ranges from $27.08 to $40.62; however, for this role, compensation is expected to fall within the first 20% of the pay range.
