Ensure laboratory cleanliness and safety while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within a year of hire. Maintain your certification for the duration of your employment.
