Effective and Professional Communication Skills Project Details: The Systems Analyst I serves as liaison between County Information Technology (IT) and Health and Human Services. The Systems Analyst I is a member of a cross-functional team where teamwork, collaboration, challenges, and continuous learning are the norm. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing projects, training department staff, implementing software, and supporting Health and Human Services end users. This position will function as an integral part of our Systems Analyst team, including answering phone support calls, coordinating problem resolution, and documenting solutions and procedures.
