Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification • Conduct age-specific assessments and document findings to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. • Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families to ensure appropriate and comprehensive care. • Administer medications and treatments accurately and document them using electronic medical records (EPIC system). • Continuously evaluate and adjust the plan of care based on patient status and progress. Candidate requirements Graduate of a professional nursing school accredited by an approved institution or program. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia or eligible to obtain licensure. CPR Certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP Certification required as needed. Why work with us?
