Neuro Med-Surg RN Needs in Sandford, FL! Location: Sandford, FL Facility: Acute Care Start Date: ASAP Length: Direct Hire(Permanent) Available Shifts: x1 AM(7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) x1 NOC (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) 36 hours/ week PAY RATES: $29.73 to $43.20/hr. (55k to 80k annually, depending on experience) BENEFITS: Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% Tuition Reimbursement PTO accrual beginning Day 1 RN Responsibilities and Duties Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication. Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology. Requirements: Resume - Recent experience acute care med-surg RN for 1 year ) Nursing license/Cert - Valid FL RN License(Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.)
