Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision & supplementary plans 401K with company match Generous PTO Company Vehicle Bonus Eligibility Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent responsible for managing construction and restoration projects, supervising carpenters, ensuring quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Communicate directly with customers throughout the project life cycle Manage and schedule direct report carpenters Coordinate technical issues with the Regional Construction Manager Ensure materials, permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained on time Ensure timely and quality completion of projects Monitor construction scope, time, and material specifications Assist with change order estimating and documentation Maintain a safe and compliant job site Review job cost reports and monitor labor/material expenses Schedule, price, and oversee subcontractor performance Enforce safety standards and PPE compliance Drive company vehicle to job sites Maintain clean and professional job sites Participate in on-call rotation (nights and weekends as required) Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience 2+ years project management experience (preferred) Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Pass background check and drug screen Xactimate experience (preferred)
