ServiceNow Business Analyst

Our client, a government agency supporting technological and operational excellence, is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical system modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst Location:Washington, DC Clearance: TS SCIPay Range:What's the Job? Apply process improvement and reengineering principles to modernize business workflows. Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating current scope, objectives, and steps. Identify gaps and opportunities for process enhancements, integrating new solutions with existing systems. Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements to optimize operations. Support the documentation of requirements and assist in designing and delivering training programs for process changes. What's Needed? Proven experience in ServiceNow Business Analysis at an advanced level (P3 or higher). Strong understanding of ServiceNow system configuration and business analysis methodologies. Experience with process mapping, evaluation, and improvement techniques. Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one. Willingness to work onsite in the Washington, DC area.
