Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in both Application Development and Infrastructure initiatives. This role oversees complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to manage enterprise-level technology projects, apply multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), and partner effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. This position requires a PMP-certified leader with strong technical understanding, organizational excellence, and the ability to navigate risks, dependencies, and competing priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage full life-cycle IT projects spanning application development and infrastructure components. Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs and organizational standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies. Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business groups, and executive leadership. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, policies, and compliance standards. Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates and status reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience delivering complex IT projects involving application development and infrastructure. Active PMP certification required. Hands-on experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong technical understanding of SDLC, application architecture, servers, networks, and cloud environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence diverse technical and business stakeholders. Expertise in risk and issue management, escalation handling, and mitigation planning. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on resolving technical and process challenges. SAP project exposure is not required but highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting or leading cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery frameworks. ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior exposure to SAP project environments (desired but not required).
