What You'll Do: Precision Maintenance: Execute high-quality turf care including mowing, edging, and trimming. Horticultural Care: Assist in the planting and maintenance of shrubs, flowers, and greenery to ensure long-term landscape health. Property Detail: Prune and weed with an eye for detail. Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with a crew to hit daily goals while maintaining top-tier safety standards. What You Bring: Reliability: A valid Driver's License and a "get-it-done" attitude. Stamina: Ability to lift 35+ lbs and work comfortably in the Virginia climate. Experience: 1-3 years in landscaping is a major plus, but a passion for outdoor work is essential.
