Assembly Associate

Location: Youngstown, OH Hours: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $16-$17 per hour Position Overview This role is essential to assembling high-quality seating products in accordance with company specifications, production schedules, and quality standards. You will report directly to the Assembly Manager and work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, precise assembly, and consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities Accurately assemble chairs and related components following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment. Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards. Report defects or concerns to the Assembly Manager. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Complete required production documentation accurately and on time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a hands-on production environment preferred. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods (up to 10+ hours per day). Frequent walking and repetitive motions. Lifting up to 50 pounds. Exposure to heat, noise, and other typical manufacturing conditions.
