Manager will reach out directly to interview prior to offeringMUST Have: 2 years OB/L&D experience Active BLS required - must be AHA Active ACLS - must be AHA Active NRP Willing to float to other units - ie: Tele, MS in the event it is needed. (per union contract, travelers are first to float) EPIC experience - if no, what other EMR system have they used Active MN state RN license Agency has SNSA certification: Please upload proof the agency registered with the state of MN to staff in MN. Able to work in Labor, PP, Nursery and PEDS General job duties: Care for postpartum, stable antepartum, pediatric patients, newborns, GYN, Med-Surg overflow and may be 2nd RN in our SCN . Equipment utilized in the unit/Dept: EPIC One Chart, Acudose, Philips Vitals Machines, Bladder Scanner, Medula Breast Pumps, Responder 5 Call light system, Medfusion Pumps. Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2 years OB/L&D experience. Post Partum and PEDS Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: NRP & BLS required, prefer PALS additionally. MN state RN license. Shift or schedule requirements: Variable shift and day, includes weekends. Will assist in filling schedule vacancies related to staff onboarding, vacancies, and staff on FMLA. Must be willing to float to Med-Surg & Tele. Number of patients in a day; who do they have as support staff? Census varies-average 5 couplets, 2 pediatrics, 1 gyn, 2 labor, 4 SCN. Support staff include ward clerk from 0700-1900, CNA Tuesday - Thursday, Charge Nurse/Circulator without assignments, Resource Nurse without assignment, LPN Scrub Nurse without assignment. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surge patients, 1:3-4 pediatrics Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program: Equipment and unit orientation on first day. - All clinicians must badge in and out at facility - Scrub Color: Navy BlueMUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
