If you have a can-do attitude, enjoy learning new skills, and like being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you! 1st Shift • 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. • 40 hours per week What You'll Do Work with a variety of printing and bindery equipment (joggers, cutters, binders, shrink wrappers, mail machines). Assist in finishing and assembling printed products, ensuring quality and accuracy. Rotate between workstations, helping wherever needed to keep production moving. Restock supplies and prepare packages for shipment. Transport materials between company buildings using the company vehicle. Train to serve as a back-up printer operator. Support your team in meeting daily print schedules, production goals, and deadlines. Work a varying shift as late as 4:30 p.m. every third week. What We're Looking For Someone reliable, flexible, and eager to learn. Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work. A team player who treats others with respect and contributes to a positive work environment. Ability to adapt when schedules or workloads shift. Valid driver's license (required to drive company vehicle). Pallet jack experience or willingness to become pallet jack certified. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience/training). Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Ability to problem-solve and perform routine maintenance/troubleshooting. Printing industry experience is a plus (but not required). Physical Demands Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs. regularly (20-30 lbs. occasionally). Frequent use of hands/arms; occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching.
