This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-performing, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children with congenital heart disease-all in the heart of Denver, Colorado. Qualifications: • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program • Current licensure and certification (BLS and PALS required; ACLS preferred) • Strongly preferred: experience in pediatric cardiology, CICU, and/or cardiothoracic surgery Incentive/Benefits Package: • Competitive market salary • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, stock purchase plan, PTO, etc. Preoperative Phase: • Perform comprehensive assessments and risk stratification • Coordinate with surgical, anesthesia, cardiology, and ICU teams • Educate families on procedures, expectations, and recovery • Ensure completion of documentation, labs, imaging, and consents Intraoperative Phase: • Provide intraoperative support and first assist during surgery as credentialed • Assist with positioning, sterile prep, and procedural setup • Communicate updates to families during surgery Postoperative Phase: • Manage chest tubes, wounds, and lines as credentialed • Monitor for complications and collaborate with the surgical team • Support discharge planning, education, and follow-up care Skills & Attributes: • Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills • Excellent communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings • Commitment to family-centered, trauma-informed care • Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage Client DetailsAddress 2001 High St City Denver State CO Zip Code 80205
