Schedule 12-hour night shifts, with flexible scheduling for a total of 36 hours per week. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Long Term Acute Care Facility. The RN will provide nursing care to a diverse patient population, primarily geriatric and post-acute patients. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team. ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of two years of experience in a long-term acute care environment. Strongly prefer experience in facilities with 400+ beds or level 2 trauma. Prior travel experience is required; however, first-time travelers may be considered based on experience.
