IT Business Systems Analyst

Role: IT Business Systems Analyst Location: Warren, MI Duration: Long term Rate: Market Key Responsibilities Develop and implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, standards, and reporting. Provide production support for dealer and vehicle data systems. Manage change request requirements, project tracking, and integration support for third-party vendors. Drive operational and project support within a fast-paced and highly variable environment. Solve technical challenges related to SOAP UI, Microsoft systems, and multi-system integrations. Participate in enhancement release meetings and material development. Define, facilitate, and support integration testing while incorporating dealer feedback into planning efforts. Collaborate with Dealer Business Solutions & IT Managers to align business activities and projects. Oversee and participate in testing for Dealer Vendor Management Program (DVMP) and other dealer sales solutions. Work with IT project teams to ensure delivered data services align with business needs. Participate in business validation of IT deployments. Required Experience Experience with web services and API integration. Expertise in testing requirements, methodology, and project management. Experience in querying relational databases and understanding database structures (Oracle and SOLR NoSQL experience preferred). Strong team collaboration and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated Skills Technical Writing & Documentation Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal communication Ability to interpret and develop use cases, test cases, and business cases for data integration. Understanding of Dealer and DMS systems, vehicle ordering, and consensus processes. Familiarity with automotive brands, products, divisions, and dealer network structures. Project management and strategic planning skills. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with IT, business, and global teams to ensure business requirements are met. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), Aha!, and SharePoint. Hands-on experience with SOAP UI, XML, JSON, and SOAP-based integrations.
