Project Worker

Job Description Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Project Workers for a plastics facility in Lima, OH. This is a general labor role that is typically short-term, but there is potential to go long-term! Job Duties: Sorting out damaged, defective or out-of-style product Quality checking product During down-time, assisting with sweeping and picking up trash on production floor Performing other duties as assigned This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! We offer competitive compensation of $18 per hour for Project Workers. Projects are typically a 24 hour notice start and typically run a few days. If projects run longer, associates will be scheduled on a 2-2-3 rotation. Available schedules are 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM. With good performance and attendance, there is potential to convert to a long-term role at the facility.
