CDL Driver and Warehouse Associate

As a CDL Driver and Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are delivered safely and efficiently to various locations. This dynamic position combines aspects of both driving and warehouse responsibilities, providing flexibility and variety in your workday. Key Details about this Role: This position is represented by a labor union. Schedule: Monday to Friday (some occasional Saturdays), start time between 10 PM - 12 AM, with a finish time based on workload. Expect 40+ hours/week and overtime opportunities. Primary location for operations: N. 412 Haven Spokane, WA 99202. Deliveries across states: WA, ID, and OR. Your Role: As a Driver, you'll ensure timely deliveries while prioritizing safety. In the warehouse, you'll support stocking and preparing trucks for other drivers, making your role essential to our operations. Responsibilities Include: Conducting regular safety checks on warehouse equipment and adhering to safety protocols. Completing daily field service tasks, including preparing invoices and maintenance records. Assisting with truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. Accurately assembling and loading products for delivery. Maintaining precise inventory records and ensuring compliance with safety checks. Job Requirements: Must possess a CDL-Class A license with a minimum of 2 years safe driving experience. Must have a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manage physical activities including lifting, bending, and loading. Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Must pass a drug test, MVR, and background check. FMCSA Clearance required for operation. What You Will Need: Following instructions from management for efficient operations. Verifying and recording all deliveries and shipments accurately. Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working conditions. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather temperatures. Compensation and Benefits: The hourly pay rate is $29.70/Hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage (medical and dental), a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and more.
