Must have a complete understanding of companypolicies and procedures. Good organization and time management skills are required to prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines. Above-average mechanical aptitude and ability to apply critical thinking to solve technical problems, are required. Must be able to use basic measuring devices; Go/No-go gages, vernier calipers, micrometers, microscopes, or other dimensional measurement tools. Must be able to operate scales in English units (pounds) and count parts by weight. Must be able to use basic hand tools.
