This isn"t a direct service or supervision-heavy role—it"s about partnering with schools to help them build capacity and confidence in supporting their students.This position is perfect for the BCBA who thrives on collaboration, values clinical autonomy, and wants to make a strategic difference—without drowning in paperwork or managing a team of techs.? What You"ll Do:Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders to support students with diverse behavioral and learning needs.Conduct assessments, review data, and create practical strategies that school teams can implement with success.Provide coaching, training, and consultation—not supervision—to school-based staff.Attend IEP and team meetings as a trusted behavior support expert.Help build school capacity to support all learners—sustainably and ethically.? What You"ll Need:Active BCBA certification (Required)Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong experience in or passion for school-based consultationA collaborative mindset and excellent communication skillsThe ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive clinical team?
