Job DescriptionMiddle Market Commercial Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Middle Market Commercial Lines Producer to join a well-established independent insurance agency. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships. The primary focus will be on middle-market accounts, with opportunities to write a wide range of business lines. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive compensation, and the chance to work with a robust carrier network. Compensation Package Base Salary: $20,000 ongoing producer salary. Commission Structure: 40% on new business. 30% on renewal business. Commission guarantee of $5,000 per month for the first two years (adjustable based on experience). Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and community involvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and business partners. Quote and manage new and renewal business accounts. Expand existing accounts by identifying additional coverage needs. Actively participate in community events and networking efforts to enhance visibility and generate leads. Collaborate with the management team and leverage inbound leads to meet production goals. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience preferred. Insurance experience is a plus but not required. Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Skills: Strong sales and business development skills with a "hunter" mentality. Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HawkSoft or similar agency management systems is a plus. #LI-AS2
