Job Description I am seeking a Veterinary Medical Director for a full-service veterinary hospital dedicated to the utmost care, diagnosis, and treatment of pets. This pivotal role involves managing the hospital while ensuring the highest standards of veterinary care, excellent client service, team engagement, and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical staff. The Medical Director will also play a key role in mentoring, training, and collaborating with the team of veterinarians. The ideal candidate should bring a sense of fun and positivity to foster a healthy work culture. Key Responsibilities Develop treatment plans that meet strict standards and conduct surgeries. Communicate effectively with the Hospital Administrator. Mentor associate veterinarians and staff to ensure outstanding care and strong client relationships. Create a respectful and supportive atmosphere for all personnel. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the veterinary field. Adhere to all state and federal regulations. Participate in company-sponsored events. Desired Qualifications Active and clear state license in the applicable state. Experience in general practice or surgery. Leadership experience is a plus.
