Job DescriptionAlley Cat Delivery is seeking dependable, safety-focused Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages to customers in a company-provided van. In this role, you’ll drive local routes, follow a delivery app to navigate, and ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time while providing a professional customer experience.Approximate hours are 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Shifts are 10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. All employees are required to work 1 weekend day per week.Compensation & Benefits● $23.75/ Hour + Bonus(es) for attendance, performance and referrals● Paid Training● Paid Overtime and Time Off (PTO)● Health Insurance and Benefits● Next Day Pay available through Tapcheck● 401K w/ Company Match● Active and Accessible Ownership● Growth Opportunities Qualifications: QualificationsDelivery Driver Basic Requirements● Eligible to work in the U.S● Must be at least 21 years old● Must have a valid driver's license● Must be able to reliably commute to Elizabethtown PADelivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities● Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times, in all areas.● Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.● Communicate with customers and supervisors proficiently in English● Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions, including at night● Load and unload packages to be delivered● Ability to lift, carry, push/pull packages up to 50 lbsAdditional InformationAlley Cat Delivery LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
