In this unique role, you will work directly with young learners and their families, working with a team of RBTs, BTs, or mid-level staff, implementing the three-tiered model to deliver both evidence-based caregiver coaching and direct ABA services. This hands-on approach allows you to provide consistent, high-quality, evidence-based interventions while empowering caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their loved ones’ growth and success during their most critical developmental years.Position: Part-time and full-time available In In-person Behavior Analyst, Direct ServicesResponsibilities:Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs, strengths, and challenges of children with behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide One-to-One Parent Coaching:Model the implementation of individualized ABA interventionsCollaborate with Interdisciplinary Team:Develop Behavior Support Plans:Train and Supervise CaregiverMonitor Progress and Adjust InterventionsMaintain Documentation:Compensation:Your hourly rate for this position will be $ 77 to $83 per hour or a 105K-115K Yearly Salary.Requirements:Board Certification:.Education: Master's degreeExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA,Strong Knowledge of ABA Principles:Excellent Communication Skills:Empathy and Patience:Data Analysis and Decision-Making:Organizational and Time Management Skills:Ethics and Professionalism:Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $77.00 - $8300 per hour or 105K to 115KSchedule:All day, mornings, afternoon, and evening shifts if interested.Work Location: In person Spanish-speaking BCBA is a Bonus.Call or text (510) 284-7057.
