Key Responsibilities: Drive industry-specific business transformations and digital operating model shifts focused on people and processes. Understand and align with senior management's strategic goals to support team initiatives. Lead technology consulting projects fostering strong client collaboration. Synthesize technology requirements by evaluating diverse solutions to meet client needs. Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to document workflows and technology integrations. Stay informed on industry regulations, technological advancements, and innovative practices in wealth management and financial services. Collaborate with clients to craft high-performance solutions that enhance their market positioning. Discern client needs, propose strategic solutions, and execute impactful technology initiatives. Assist in business development, supporting proposal efforts and strengthening client relationships. Contribute to practice development through research, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing activities. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in the wealth management sector or equivalent knowledge, including operations, investment technology, and compliance. Experience with Private Markets, Distribution, and/or Wealth Technology & Platform Strategy is preferred. Proficient in working independently with limited oversight. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Background in management consulting or business analysis is a plus. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree is required; CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
