Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity:RN - OR Job Details:• Work 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 40 hours per week for 8/10-hour shifts or 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts• 6 call shifts required in a 6-week period which can vary• Must be willing to circulate and scrub in the OR• Float within scope to meet facility needs - 100% required for all travelers• Work in Core 1 unit covering general surgery, plastic surgery, GYN, ENT, trauma, neuro, orthopedic, GU, and colorectal robotics• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays• Weekend coverage only when on call• 3 years of OR experience required with Level I trauma experience required• Must be well-rounded and current in most OR areas except CV & transplant• Required certifications: BLS (ACLS and PALS may be required)• Must have 3/4 competency level on neuro and trauma procedures• Skills needed: general surgery scrubbing, Da Vinci Xi surgical system, trauma procedures, various spinal surgeries including ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF• Scrubs provided by facility• Free parking available• Charting system: Cerner• Indiana state license required and must be in hand prior to start date• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)• Must provide 2 supervisor references Facility:This is a Level I trauma center and short-term acute care hospital that operates a comprehensive surgical services department.
