Excellent Benefits – some of the best in the industry Competitive Pay Opportunities for Professional Growth Strong Company Culture Your Key Responsibilities Include: Install and modify refrigeration systems and related equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Participate in our Preventative Maintenance Program by following work orders from supervision Safely adjust equipment during production Understand start-up and shut down procedures in production facilities Utilize lockout/tag-out processes to ensure safety Diagnose electrical components utilizing a meter for prompt repairs Schedule parts replacements without workflow disruptions Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience with ammonia refrigeration or related refrigeration systems Skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Adept in fast-paced environments Familiarity with air compressors and control systems Strong communication skills for effective collaboration Requirements: Experience as a Residential or Commercial HVAC Technician Valid Journeyman License or Ticket Class B Gas Ticket High School Diploma or greater Valid Driver's License with a clean record Robust knowledge of commercial HVAC products and installation Strong understanding of HVAC functions and ductwork design Excellent communication skills with clients and team members Demonstrated leadership and work ethic Strong analytical and logical skills for precision work Must have a stable background/work history Does This Sound Like You?
